This includes the Responsible Beverage Service Training Act, which as of July 1, 2021, will require that all employees who serve alcohol must undergo Responsible Beverage Service Training and receive certification.
Although RBS training is not currently a statewide requirement, local laws and regulations may mandate it. Even if this is not the case where your business is located, however, training all service employees on state guidelines will help your case when the Alcoholic Beverage Control reviews your liquor license application.
